    Our bodies are constantly dealing with environmental and internal stress. This meal plan focuses on spices, probiotics and other ingredients that support the immune system. The Natural Remedies meal plan has the potential to improve your relationship food by diversifying your diet, and protizes mindful eating.

 Our plans are not to be used as a primary approach to your medical and personal needs. Additionally, diet is not to be used to replace medication. Physicians must approve the recommended dietary plans.
